By far my favorite variation of shoulder presses to date is the reverse hammer strength press. This exercise is to replicate the overhead press in its most natural plane of movement. Shoulders is such a small muscle group that in my opinion should be worked out with a higher rep range, slower tempo, and even extended sets. Forcing lactic acid into the deltoids are what makes it grow.
